Add Line Items (& Parts) to a Request

How to add parts to a Procurement Request:

  1. When viewing a Request, navigate to the "Request" tab.

  2. Click into the line item selection bar

  1. Enter in an existing part # or part name and select the part. You can also create a new part by selecting the Create New Part option.

  1. Once a part is selected, then click the "+" button to create a line item and add to the request

  1. Add line item related information such as quantity, need by date, request related note, and any other custom fields configured by your organization
