Supplier Onboarding Forms
Overview
Enables users to create fully customizable forms tailored for gathering critical supplier information. These forms can include various field types and are easily distributed to suppliers, allowing them to fill and submit their information directly. This streamlines the onboarding process and ensures all necessary data is collected efficiently.
How to configure supplier onboarding forms
Navigate to "Organization Settings > Custom Fields"
Under "Fields", create all desired onboarding form fields & mark as "Portal Access"

Create "Sections" and add all form fields to these sections.
Move/drag all sections created in step #3 to the "Supplier" resource.
To check the forms, navigate to any supplier detail page and then open the "Onboarding" tab. Below the "Portal Users" section, you will see a section titled "Onboarding Forms". All forms visible to the supplier will be visible here.
How to send an onboarding form
Navigate to the supplier detail page and open the "Onboarding" tab.
If the organization is not yet marked as "Portal Access", you will need to invite at least 1 user via email.
Once at least 1 user has been invited, scroll to the "Onboarding Forms" section, review the forms and then click "Send Onboarding Forms"

A "New Onboarding Forms" email notification will be sent to the supplier with a link to access the forms. Once the supplier has completed the forms, they can click "Submit" which will trigger a notification that the forms have been submitted.
