Locked Fields
Overview
Locked fields can be configured for any custom field that exists on a Request or Order. Locked fields are only editable when the status of a Request or Order is "Draft", otherwise the fields will be read-only. The main use-cases for locked fields are:
To prevent modifications on a procurement request once it has been "Submitted"
To prevent modifications on an order when it has been submitted for review/approval (i.e. when the status does not equal "Draft"). This also helps to prevent changes after an order has been approved, ordered, or delivered.
How to mark a field as "Locked":
As an Admin user, navigate to Organization Settings > Custom Fields.
Navigate to a field that you want to mark as locked, and click the edit icon
When the edit field modal is open, mark as "Locked".

Close the modal & refresh your screen.
